We will collect your name and address and any other relevant information that will allow us to undertake the work associated with your enquiry, and to maintain book keeping and filing records.

Data collected via this web site will be stored privately and securely. However you should note that;

  • We are on occasion required to disclose data such as client names and site addresses when progressing third party services on your behalf, such as obtaining Block Plans and Deeds etc for example.
  • We may from time to time provide links on our website to third party websites.

W.r.t. above you should be aware that we have no control over data collected by such third parties, and therefore cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you may provide to us to progress through legitimate third parties etc or information you might provide whilst visiting such linked sites.

Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission or unless we are required to by law. You may under the data protection act request details of personal information that we hold about you , for which a search fee will be charged – current rate £100. For this service please email us as per our contact details page. If you believe any of the information we hold to be incorrect again please email us.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

For users that contact us via our website, we store the personal information they provide on our ledger of project “Enquiries”, depending on progression this data will remain there or progress on to our ledgers for “Lost” or “Go-Ahead” projects, ultimately residing on the “Completed” Projects ledger.

If you have provided Data , you can request(*) to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
